First, when we talk about Indore , we all should know it very well that it is the cleanest city of India.
Indore does not deserve the award for the cleanest city in India.



Secondly there are a lot of things which make Indore different from others like its foody area that is
  1. Chappan Market: Chappan Dukan (56 shops) is a must-see place for all the food you can find on the street, namkeens (Indian snacks) and other breakfast / noon food items. This street is famous for Indore 's delicious & budget snacks and sweets. Every day from 6:00 a.m., when the Indore's omnipresent Pohaa breakfast is served in various shops, until late at night (around 10:00 p.m.).You can have all kinds of snacks, chaat, candy, burgers, hotdog (banjos), momos, and hot & cold drinks like coffees , teas, milkshakes, juices, etc., all in one place. Three of Indore 's popular Indian sweet makers-Agrawal Sweets, Madhuram Sweets, and Gangaur Sweets-have their big dealerships here.

  1. Breakfast Staple:In Indore you can never go wrong with food, but the most famous of all the food here is the poha and jalebi of the town. Poha is Hindi for flattened rice served with jalebis, an Indian sweet rich is color and taste, and the ideal start to the day breakfast. Most street food stalls open at 6 am, serving these two along with namkeen (Indian snacks) and other sweets.
  2. Rajwada:Rajwada, in Indore, is an iconic structure. This seven-floor palace, popularly known as the Holkar Palace, is a combination of Mughal, Maratha and French architectural styles.
  3. Chhatris:The Chhatris have stood the test of time; these cenotaphs are built from stone on the banks of the Khan River and have domed architecture with pyramid-shaped dots on top. During the evening the Chhatris are illuminated, one of the best times to visit.
  4. Central Museum:One of Indore's most popular attractions is the Central Museum or Indore Museum. For those who love Indian history and particularly the history of Madhya Pradesh State it is a must-visit. It has one of the best collections of state-run medieval Hindu and Jain sculptures.
  5. Kanch Mandir:Kanch Mandir is a pretty temple made entirely out of glass. There are numerous skilfully crafted Chinese lantern-type glasses and cut glass chandeliers to visit and add to its splendour.
  6. Patal Pani:Patalpani is renowned for its waterfall, lush greenery and beautiful atmosphere. The impressive waterfall descends from a height of 150-200 feet and is an pleasant place to walk during the monsoons. The size of the pond that forms at the bottom of the waterfall is unknown and legend has it that it goes as deep as patal which is the Hindi word for the underworld.
  7. Laal Bagh Palace:Probably the biggest sight Indore has to offer is Lal Bagh Palace. Built in 1886-1921, this three-story building displays in all its might the magnificence of the Holkar dynasty. The palace's interior is identical to that of Versailles Palace, with Italianate marbles, Belgian stained windows and chandeliers.

Sarafa Bazaar:Traditionally, Indore's Sarafa Bazaar is renowned for its gold and silver shops but the bazaar undergoes a glorious transformation every night; it is a foodie 's paradise from a demand for gold and silver and other ornamentation. A lot of vendors line up their carts outside the jewellery stores and sell some very tasty street food.
  9. Nehru Park:Nehru Park in Indore is a popular tourist and family spot. This is the city's oldest park, which was established in India while the British retained control. It is also a zoological park and returning visitors can catch a glimpse of different kinds of birds and animals.
  10. Gandhi Hall:Gandhi Hall is a beautiful Indo-Gothic-style town hall composed of white and red stones. Completed in 1904, it was constructed by Charles Frederick Stevens and called Gandhi Hall after Gandhi 's assassination. This acts today as an significant location for community activities and art shows.
