Why we should meditate/exercise every day
What is Pranic Healing? According to Health Write For Us, Mental Health Write For Us, and Health Guest Post, it is a mix of Rainbow Reiki, Shamballa Reiki, Morning Meditation, and Soul Healing make up for Pranic Healing.
We should meditate /Exercise daily because it keeps us
healthy and strong. Meditation gives us mental piece and keeps us calm and
cool. After meditation we get power to take strong decision because at that
point we are mentally prepare and calm to take decisions.We also able to
achieve our goals.
We should meditate/exercise in proper way . It our way of
exercising is wrong then it can be harmful for us. Here are some tips for:
perfect meditation / exercise:
- Set aside 10 minutes, post the end of a workout.
- Sit comfortably on the ground, or open space, with your legs crossed, and palms open.
- Start by closing your eyes.
- Do breathing exercises. Inhale and exhale.
- Repeat the exercise for a while.
As we follow Bollywood or film industry , all the
celebrities always believe in exercise and remain healthy and fit. Shilpa
Shetty is specialist and she also guides everyone to exercise. Meditation/exercise
remains us disease free.
When we talk about exercise, there is one more thing and
that is Pranic Healing. Pranic Healing is a highly developed and tested system
of energy treatment that uses prana to balance, harmonize and transform the
body’s energy processes. Prana is the Sanskrit word that means life-force. This
invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains good
health. In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this energy as Chi. In Japanese it
is called Ki, as in Reiki.
Pranic Healing can be used to help in the healing of almost
any physical and psychological condition by enhancing the body’s capability to
heal itself. It also helps to:

Exercise are of more types like walking , running,
stretching , dancing, etc.
