We should meditate /Exercise daily because it keeps us healthy and strong. Meditation gives us mental piece and keeps us calm and cool. After meditation we get power to take strong decision because at that point we are mentally prepare and calm to take decisions.We also able to achieve our goals.

How to Meditate - Mindful

  • Set aside 10 minutes, post the end of a workout.
  • Sit comfortably on the ground, or open space, with your legs crossed, and palms open.
  • Start by closing your eyes.
  • Do breathing exercises. Inhale and exhale.
  • Repeat the exercise for a while.
